Executive Director

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County (Warsaw, NY) is seeking a proven leader adept at providing organizational leadership including development of effective internal and external collaboration, administration of association operations and education program development.  

Masters required, preferably in education, public administration or a field related to extension programs. Six years of related experience required including four years of management. (PhD may sub for 2 yrs of experience).

• Health Director/Camp Nurse
  • The Health Director is responsible for overseeing the health and safety of campers and staff.
• Cleaner/Housekeeping Staff
  • Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the camp’s buildings, grounds, equipment and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp.
• Maintenance
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of the camp’s buildings, grounds, equipment and other
    facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp.
• Senior Counselor
  • Counselors are the primary caregivers for each camper.  The Counselor is responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out activities and guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills.
• Kitchen Staff
  • The Kitchen Staff member assists the Food Service Director in preparing and serving nutritious
    meals and in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
