Nominations for the Pride of Agriculture Good Neighbor Award are due by Tuesday, February 15, 2011 to Joan Petzen, Agriculture and Natural Resources Department Program Leader at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County, 401 North Main Street, Warsaw, NY 14569.
This year’s award will be presented at the Pride of Agriculture Dinner, which will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the North Java Fire Hall.

Past Recipients:
- In 2008, Jim and Sarah Youngers from East Arcade were the inaugural recipients of the prestigious Wyoming County Pride of Agriculture Good Neighbor Award.
- Mike Emerling was recognized for the work he and his family do to promote agriculture in their community, work with youth and their farms environmental stewardship in 2009.
- Last year, Table Rock Farm was recognized for their contributions to the community, respect for employees and leadership in industry applied research.
