Karen Duboy of Warsaw selected as 2009 Wyoming County 4‑H Leader of the Year
The 2009 Wyoming County 4‑H Leaders of the Year Award was presented at the Wyoming County 4‑H Recognition Banquet on November 14th. Volunteers are nominated for these awards by 4‑H members, parents, or fellow leaders.

Karen Duboy of Warsaw is presented the 2009 4‑H Leader of the Year Award by Cory Crowell of Arcade.
Karen Duboy of Warsaw has been a Volunteer 4‑H Leader in Wyoming County for 13 years. She is the leader of the Hootin' Caprines 4‑H Club, the county-wide club for youth interested in goats. Karen was nominated for this honor by club member Cory Crowell of Arcade. In his nomination, Cory stated that "Karen has helped me and other 4‑H'ers with our goats. She goes out of her way to help others, and she makes great goat milk fudge!" Under Karen's leadership, the 4‑H Goat Program in Wyoming County has grown significantly. She encourages members to become involved with many aspects of the 4‑H program, including educational events, public speaking, and showing their animals. Wyoming County 4‑H is proud to recognize Karen with the 2009 Leader of the Year Award.
