Incubation and Embryology Project

Welcome to the Westchester County 4-H Incubation and Embryology Project. Last spring, we hatched ducklings and chicks in classrooms all over our county, in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan, too. The ducklings were placed with 4-H club members in Western New York.

Fertile eggs will be available after the spring school break, beginning the week of April 16th.

The Incubation and Embryology Project is interdisciplinary and offers classroom teachers the opportunity to integrate science, math and ELA core requirements. "Learning to learn" is basic to this project.

Training classes are officered in March. Call the office at 914-285-4620 to request an information/order packet.

This presentation was created by a 4-H club member. Please share this pdf with your class.
