Diabetes Outreach and Nutrition Education



Living with Diabetes is a five session series to be offered in early 2009 at Cornell Cooperative Extension in Newark. The series will be taught by a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Registered Dietitian and Sharon Morano, Community Nutrition Educator. Topics will include managing your diabetes, medications, monitors, meal planning, cooking and shopping for food. There will be a morning series and an evening series.
