Canning Classes
Canning Classes offered in Clyde, Newark, Sodus and Wolcott beginning August 16 and ending September 13, 2008. Learn how to can this season's bountiful harvest - peaches, tomatoes and apples. Each participant will take home 2 jars of canned product.
