Recognizing the important role farmers themselves can play in developing
plans and strategies to strengthen the viability of local farms, our mission
is to foster a cooperative approach to farm marketing, to demonstrate
to the public the importance of and positive influences of agriculture
in the community, and to implement activities, programs, and strategies
to help farming remain a viable industry in Saratoga County. Our primary
focus remains organizing the annual Saratoga County Presents 'Sundae
on the Farm' tour held each year on a Sunday in June. These fundraising
efforts enable us to support other agricultural awareness efforts throughout
the year.
