This waterfall is located right in the village of Ludlowville, in the Town of Lansing.  It's a good place to go if you want a very accessible waterfall, but not if you want a strenuous hike.  This falls is not one of the highest in the region, but it is fairly broad and quite picturesque.  It features a spectacularly deep recessed area behind the falls (see winter photos below).
