The Natural Leaders Initiative (NLI) is a collaboration of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County, the Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC), the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) and Tompkins Community Action.

Contact us if:

  • You are a community member who wants to participate in the next cycle of the Natural Leaders development program.
  • You hold a community leadership position and want to serve as a mentor to an emerging leader.
  • Your community board or committee wants to strengthen its ability to recruit, support and retain emerging leaders from under-represented groups.
  • Your organization wants to find new ways to promote grassroots leadership development through its own programs.
  • You want to sponsor the participation of an emerging leader through a donation to the Emerging Leaders Fund.
