Natural Leaders Initiative (NLI)

A collaboration of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County, the Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC), the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) and Tompkins Community Action.

Do you have ideas about how to make things better in your community?
Do you get things done?
Do people come to you for help?
Do you get others to share their ideas and get involved?
Do you like meeting new people and learning new things?
Do you want to be around others who have a passion for improving community life?

Are you an established leader who would like to mentor an emerging community leader?

Does your organization, board or committee want to increase its capacity to foster diverse participation and leadership?

If so, come join the Natural Leaders Initiative (NLI).
