Water access to: Cayuga lake shore, Taughannock Creek, creek bed, Gorge Trail. Diverse forest is accessible by trail to campground and Gorge Tail. It is probably too far to hike all the way to the Falls and back and have any time for instruction at EAD. Pine forest is reachable by South Rim Trail.
