The BILLBOARD is Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension’s 4-H Youth Development newsletter. Articles in the 4-H BILLBOARD are intended to inform and educate our readers.  It is our desire to bring readers information that promotes positive youth development in our community. The sources for many of our articles are from the State and National 4-H and Extension systems.  It is our goal to include articles that increase interest and knowledge in a variety of 4-H project areas that teach leadership, citizenship, & life skills while connecting kids to Cornell.

Readers are welcome to use the current and archived 4-H Billboard articles, housed on our website, for education purposes only as long as they site the original source of the news article.
