The Independent Living Skills Program (ILS) offers a year-round educational program for Schenectady County youth ages 14-21 in foster care. ILS, funded by the Schenectady County Department of Social Services, is designed to provide youth with opportunities to explore issues related to independent living in a structured and supportive, hands-on setting.
