schenectady recycles   Schenectady County Recycles

Schenectady County Recycles is a community education program to raise awareness about climate protection, energy savings and resource conservation through waste reduction, recycling, and composting (recycling for short).  Recycling is quick and easy; it creates jobs, saves money and protects the environment.  If we all do a part it will make a difference.

Reducing waste, reusing items, recycling materials and buying things made with those recycled materials are easy actions each of us can take to make a difference in our community, our economy and our future.

Resource conservation begins at home! Click on the links below for tips and  ideas on things YOU can start doing today.
