Beginning Farmer 101: Starting from Square One - The Cornell Small Farms Program's popular online course is now open for registration. Classes include book keeping, business planning, raising poultry vegetables and berries. Courses are 6 weeks long (Oct 7 - Nov 11) and are $200 each.
