Nutrition and Health


Nutrition education through Cornell Cooperative Extension Otsego County (CCE) takes many forms.   Staff offer demonstrations, classes, and workshops on nutrition topics of interest. Previous offerings have included seasonal foods, cooking with herbs, and modifying sugar, salt, and fat in your diet.

Eat Smart New York! provides nutrition, food preparation, and basic budgeting information toeligible Otsego County residents to help individuals and families eat healthier and stretch their food dollars. Education can be provided in homes or group classes.  Click here for more information.
