Upon arrival to the site, you have four categories in which to search for your particular pest. Once you have entered the information into the search engine, it will generate a list of one or more pest/diseases that could be the culprit. This includes the pest name, its’ Latin name, symptoms of the pest and some excellent pictures. Many pest descriptions come with a detailed fact sheet which includes, but not limited to, the life cycle of the pest, management, monitoring, links to NYS guidelines by Cornell and a very helpful “Quick Tips” section which gives the ‘What, When, Where, and Prevention’ of the pest.
