Each week prepare and enjoy tasty main-dish meals to help you cook healthy at home
Who Can Attend:
Supercupboard is part of the "Eat Smart New York!"
program sponsored by USDA and Cornell Cooperative
Extension of Onondaga County.
The program is designed for participants who receive food stamps or who qualify, as well as for staff from community agencies that work with families.
There is
NO FEE for the program. However, we require that your facility
provide the food or financial reimbursement for food
in order to provide cooking experiences for participants.
Participants will receive recipes, cookbook, a Certificate of Completion and "Gifts for the Kitchen."

We ask that a staff person be present during all classes that we facilitate. We appreciate your support of this request.
Program Length?
6 consecutive weeks.
Time?
Each class is 2 1/2 hours long.
We are flexible!
We offer the program - both daytime or evening. Phone our office, 424-9485, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Ask for Kathy (ext. 239).
