These Get Fresh! Recipe features produce grown in CNY and are featured recipes used in the W.I.C. program. All Get Fresh! recipes, passed a taste test with hundreds of 2-5 year olds across NYS giving it their stamp of approval.

As Nutrition experts, Registered Dietitians, are reaching out in their communities to share the facts that healthy eating and an active lifestyle do not need to be complicated. Keep food choices simple: choose whole foods with meals and snacks that focus on vegetables, fruits and whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein to maintain health and control weight.
