4-H ENROLLMENT

It's time to newly enroll or renew your enrollment!
Enrollment due by January 1, 2009 for State Fair Show Qualification otherwise enrollment any time.

It's that time of year again. Time to enroll or renew your 4-H enrollment for the 4-H Year 2008-2009.
Why: Because the program year runs from October 1, 2008 through winter, spring and summer, to September 30, 2009.
How: Pay your enrollment fee of $15.00 ($30.00 for 3 or more 4-H'ers in one household) either to your club leader or directly to the 4-H office. (Independent members: mail your check to the 4-H office and indicate for 2008-2009 enrollment. Also, let us know if you've joined a club.)

Publicity Release Form
4-H YD Policies

If required choose which is needed:
Acknowledgement of Risk Form (for horses)
Acknowledgement of Risk Form (non horse)
Waiver of Fee Form

Make checks payable to: CCE of Onondaga County and mail to 220 Herald Place, 2nd Floor, Syracuse NY 13202.
