Eat Smart New York (ESNY) is free. Lessons are held on an individual or group basis depending on what is most convenient and comfortable for those participating. Classes are held at:

Cooperative Extensions offices · Individuals Homes · Community Agencies
·Any site that can accommodate nutrition/cooking lessons·

If you receive Food Stamps, WIC, Medicaid, have a child in Head Start or are a Day Care Provider that cares for low income children you are eligible for ESNY.
