Videoconferencing
Videoconferencing is new at Cornell Cooperative Extension - Lewis County as of autumn 2003. They are interactive through the use of a television screen and speakers. We dial into a particular site and when the connection is made the participants are seen on the television screen and heard through the speakers.
We have the capacity to connect with three other sites simultaneously.
Videoconferencing
helps Extension staff work with their colleagues in other counties. It has
provided many opportunities for connecting with Cornell University and is
a valuable tool used in programming here at Cornell Cooperative Extension
- Lewis County.
