Dear Nikki,
I am currently attending
SUNY Plattsburgh for Environmental Studies. We're
starting up a new semester of books and tests, but I
want to study the environment and agriculture through
the eyes of the people who live it! Nikki, I would be
grateful if you could share a bit about yourself, and
your personal journey to where you find yourself, as
you say, "among bovine friends"!
