The Partnership will lead efforts to teach the sustainable use of a water trail including but not limited to safe operation of watercraft, safe and sustainable camping practices, and appreciation of the river history and natural environment.

Sponsor and promote activities and related businesses, which support and enhance the wise use of the rivers.
Educate the public concerning the natural resources and cultural/historic sites within the basin.
This Memorandum shall become effective immediately. It may be amended at any time by mutual consent of both parties; it may be terminated at any time following thirty (30) days written notice by either party. This Memorandum will be reviewed periodically as the need arises by both entities.
