Launch Sites

The CBRTP works to make the river accessible to all. The Partnership, supported by Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network funds, has built a corridor of user friendly launch sites. And....the work continues!

River Trail Guide

The River Trail Guide* was developed in 2001 as part of the Chesapeake Bay Network of river trials and gateways. The guide covers the Chemung River in Steuben and Chemung Counties.

*Funded by the Chesapeake Bay Gateways Program and the federal Clean Water Act Section 604(b).
