Kinsella Park - Town of Erwin

Kinella Park is the last site on the Cohocton River before it flows into the Chemung. This launch site is within a park with various athletic fields. The site offers a pavilion, picnic tables, grills, outhouses, and services within one mile. You can enjoy the playground, explore the nature trail and watch the river from benches.

Directions from 17/I-86
Exit 44 to Route 15
On Route 15, take the Gang Mills EPIC Park Exit
Then, take the first right onto Canada Road and follow it around a bend to the end

River Depth
Current river depth at Campbell, optimum levels for boating - 2-3 feet
Current river depth at Corning, optimum levels for boating - 15-17 feet

Fishing
The Cohocton River usually contains Smallmouth Bass, Trout and Carp. Many fishers also report catching Walleye in the area.
