Anyone is welcome to join this "announcement" type list. This means that you will only receive messages that I periodically post to the list and your mailbox will not be clogged with impertinent information. In addition, this type of mailing list allows you to receive information while giving you the option of keeping your email address confidential from other subscribers.
As a subscriber, you will be the first to know about hazardous waste and tire collection events; issues and research regarding local waterbodies; and upcoming wildlife, forestry, and gardening programs. In addition, you will have free access to Eco-Logic, our environmental education newsletter.
Subscribing to the list is very simple:
1. Create a new email message.
2. Address the message to "listproc@cornell.edu"
3. Leave the Subject line blank.
4. In the text area, write the following command:
SUBSCRIBE CCE-CAYUGACOUNTYENVIRONMENT-L your name
where "your name" is your first and last name.
For example, if I were to subscribe the message would read:
cce-cayugacountyenvironment-L Kelly Fallone
No other text should appear in your message and the command is not case sensitive EXCEPT for the "L".
5. Send the message.
6. In a short time, you will receive a welcome message from the Cornell University
E-Mail-List Server that includes additional information about the list.
If you have any questions about this mailing list or Cooperative Extension
programs, please contact Kelly Fallone, Extension Educator at kms58@cornell.edu.
Thank you for your support and interest!
