Volunteer
The Ithaca Children's Garden is welcoming new volunteers. Opportunities include: education program assistants, community event planning, watering and gardening at the site, as well as participating on committees or the Board of Directors. Ongoing and one-time volunteer opportunities available. The ICG welcomes volunteers of all ages as well as families who would like to volunteer together. Volunteers receive a full orientation and the opportunity to pursue interests with special projects.

Interested in helping the Garden grow, literally? Get your hands dirty this growing season. Join us for a Saturday Garden work day or contact us about how to get involved more often or get your group or family involved. Appropriate work clothes and water are recommended. Behind the Scenes
Hatchday Event Planning Committee
Join the behind the scenes force that makes Gaia's big Hatchday
Party happen. The planning committee meets about twice a month and members
often help out preparing for the event and on the day of the event. Interested?

Advisory Committees
Make a difference in the community through the Children's Garden's
advisory committees. Share your experience or interest in learning more
about education and outreach, development and fundraising, marketing,
or garden site development. Committees meet monthly often for one to two
