Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schoharie County helps connect our community to Cornell University research and initiatives on Food & Nutrition, Financial Literacy, Home Design & Safety, and Textiles & Apparels. Most of Cornell University’s faculty who work on family, nutrition, and consumer topics have appointments in the College of Human Ecology.
