Extension Honors Contributors

Brenda Berstler, entrepreneur and founder of Savor NY, was honored at the

Cooperative Extension Open House, June 5th. A plaque, in her honor, was placed in the renovated demonstration & teaching kitchen.  She donated half the proceeds from her cookbook, "Home Plate", for that purpose. 

Also honored were NY State Senator Jim Seward and State Assemblymen Bill Magee for obtaining an allocation to renovate the the south entrance and handicap access ramp.
